Biology

The 11th grade Biology class is taught by John Santos. Jonh graduated from UCSD with a degree in Biology and has spent time studying around the world (Zurich, the South Pacific, Central America, and Mexico). He will be sharing these experiences with students throughout the year and demonstrating the many applications of this interesting area of study.

This course is meant to reinforce biological standards and concepts from class projects and cover those not directly touched on in our project based learning environment. Students will build a solid foundation of biological knowledge to ready for the rigors of college.
